G-d plays fair, so if there are tough times (the going gets tough) — everyone living in these times is “tough” enough to endure and surpass the difficulties (the tough get going), for otherwise Divine Providence would never have placed the individual then in the first place.

But it’s not only about the success of survival through discovering hidden potential to withstand tough times. There is a great bonus attached to it that we never had, even in potential!
